Beef tartare & pomme frites  (gf,vgo) 
Raw hand cut beef tenderloin, dijon mustard, capers, shallots, egg yolk, cornichons, Worcestershire sauce
DIY raclette (vo)
Raclette cheese, potatoes, cornichons, cured meat,
green salad. Add roasted veggies 

Steak frites (gf)
250gr grass fed beef rump steak  with Parisian butter and pommes frites
Raclette Burger 
Beef patty, raclette cheese, rocket, tomato, caramelised onion, burger sauce. serve with  fries on the side. add one beef patty 
Magret de canard
Duck breast with roasted potato, carrots and asparagus with red wine sauce.
